Kelly began as a Nursery Nurse and Room Supervisor before venturing into self-employment as an Ofsted Registered Childminder. Notably, in 2018, Kelly achieved the highest grade of care, earning an "Outstanding" rating. She shared her industry expertise by providing support to fellow childminders and contributing insightful blogs for PACEY, a leading childcare insurance company.
While continuing her journey in childcare, Kelly also harnessed technical skills as a part-time software tester at Baby's Days, a childcare software company. This role involved testing the latest app and web platform features and providing technical assistance to customers.
